Established since 1989 Venture Construction have a large and highly skilled workforce able to cope with a wide variety of projects. We can offer an unrivalled level of expertise and dedication to all our work.  

We have developed a reputation as one of the leading designers and builders of car showrooms in the UK and as a result the majority of work we undertake is in this sector.

Our work takes us all over the country and typically ranges in value from £10,000 up to £1.1 million. Being active members of the British Health and Safety council all our employees are trained and re-trained to comply with both existing and new Health and Safety legislation giving us a reputation for compliance that is industry renowned.

Maintaining Standards

Our senior managers have all trained with the CITB to become construction site managers and as a company we are members of the following organisations: The Federation of Master Builders and hold the FMB Master Bond Warranty, the Guild of Master Craftsmen, The Builders and Contractors Guild, The European Builders Confederation and we also hold the Government Trust mark.

Our Services

Motor Trade: We have undertaken numerous projects in this sector.

Work includes: New build of Showrooms, Body Shops, Carwashes, Workshops, as well as shop refurbishment and fitting.

Domestic House builds: We have a solid track record of completing domestic construction projects and have built a large number of houses of all shapes and sizes for the private sector

Local authority: Grant refurbishments amongst other things have been completed on time and within budget for several Local Authorities.

Commercial Work: We have undertaken projects involving the construction of warehouses, and purpose built facilities for a variety of clients nationwide.

Pottery Industry: Work in this sector has involved the construction and refurbishment of offices and workshops

Education:  We have completed work for several Schools and Colleges mainly involving the refurbishment of toilets and classrooms.

Holdcroft Motor Group: Is one of the largest companies in their sector regionally. We have completed numerous contracts on their behalf including: Renault Hanley (£0.7m) Renault and Nissan in Crewe and Wolstanton (£1.1m) as well as Saab, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Hyundai, Honda and Toyota Showrooms.

Speeds Motor Group: We pride ourselves on our close working relationship with Speeds. Completing all our contracts with very tight deadlines on time and with as little disruption as possible. Contracts have included: Volvo Burton (£0.7m), Volvo Crewe (£0.5m), as well as Volvo Showrooms in Stafford and Fenton.

Pendragon Plc: Is one of the largest companies in their sector nationally. As a company we work with Pendragon to keep on time and under budget. Some of the projects we have carried out include: Mini Maidenhead, BMW Aylesbury, Porsche Nottingham and Tins in Doncaster.
